Program Overview: In each scenario, the core components of strong business strategy are the same: you must understand the environment in which your nonprofit company operates. Designing and Executing Strategy helps nonprofits manage today's tough times by blending time-tested strategy design and techniques for execution.

HCA  Nonprofit Leaders Workshop 2012 will bring the benefits of the Harvard approach to a much wider group of nonprofit executives in a residential program for executives from all Nonprofit organisations which meet the below simple criteria.

Fee:  A$825.00 which includes GST, tuition, case materials, standard room accommodation and meals. Return transport to the hotel, parking, telephone/email and other room services are not included
 Registration Criteria:
   * Limit of  two senior executives per qualifying [*] nonprofit organisation (The course is not for Non-executive directors)
   * Places will be awarded on a first-paid, first-admitted policy, up to a maximum of 81 participants


Note [*]
A qualifying nonprofit organisation is a public-serving nonprofit company which employs at least three full time employees and meets the Australian definition of a charitable enterprise/DGR. (The course is not designed for industry/trade associations, management support organizations or consulting firms).
