How to make tax-deductible donations to our Funds
Australian residents receive full Australian tax deductibility for donations to the Harvard Club of Australia Foundation and the R G Menzes Scholarship to Harvard. Please use one of the following procedures:
HARVARD CLUB OF AUSTRALIA
FOUNDATION. [See Note re who can donate to HCAF]
1. Post a cheque made payable to the Harvard Club of Australia Foundation to:
Perpetual Trustees2. Advise HCA Philanthropy Pty Ltd the details of your donation by email email@example.com
or by fax 02 8221 9631 so that the Club can record and acknowledge your donation and note your preference if any for the use of the funds.

to donate directly into the Menzies Fund and a receipt will be issued to the donor by the University.
2. By Cheque
Post a cheque payable to the Australian National University to:

accompanied by a letter specifying that the donation is to be made to the Robert Gordon Menzies Fund.

|Donations by Australians direct to
Harvard are not deductible
against Australian income which is why we advise members to donate to
the Harvard Club of Australia Foundation as to the instructions above.
Harvard Business School does acknowledge donations to HCA Foundation as Class Gifts, the USD-equivalents being recorded against donors' names in Harvard's annual registers. They need to advise their Class Fundraising Chair, with a copy to:

asking that your donation as evidenced by a receipt be recorded as a Class gift.
|NOTE: The Harvard
deductible gift recipient status [DGR]. However PPF's and PAF's cannot
another PAF in which case you will have to send your donation to the
Menzies Fund which is a DGR.
